One episode of the serie featured yet another satyrical fictional country, Elbonia,
apparently situated in eastern Europe or Central Asia.
The national flag was shown in the opening of an old promotional
touristic documentary, unfortunately in black and white: light over dark
horizontal bicolor with CoA (shield and crown only) centered on it.

The Right party in (dictatorial) power uses a nazi like armband: red
with black "R" on white disc; a party flag with the same pattern is
predictable.
